Workshops
We want to emphasize the importance of intergenerational cooperation in practice and bring it closer to different age groups. That is why we are preparing workshops for primary, and secondary school students and adults.

Janez Cigler Kralj,
Minister of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities
“We need to strengthen intergenerational cooperation in all areas. As the Minister responsible for labor, I place great emphasis on strengthening intergenerational cooperation in the workplace, as it strengthens the personal satisfaction of all employees, motivates us and, finally, contributes to wider social and economic development. The key priority of my work is therefore creating a responsive labor market that considers the interests and benefits of all generations. We are all interconnected and interdependent. Coexistence and solidarity between the generations must become the noble principle that we consciously cultivate and promote in the workplace and in society at large. "
