Project SODELOVALNICA (»Collaboratory«) is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union under the European Social Fund.

Welcome tosodelovalnica

Project Sodelovalnica (»Collaboratory«) is a meeting place of good practices, useful notes and interesting ambassadors, where you will learn all about the importance of intergenerational networking and mentoring. Take a walk around its corners and explore intergenerational collaboration.

The working population today consists of four different generations who have very different values and views on work. We invite companies to share their practices how they successfully coordinate different generations at work and present them the MEGA award.

Janez Cigler Kralj,

Minister of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities

“We need to strengthen intergenerational cooperation in all areas. As the Minister responsible for labor, I place great emphasis on strengthening intergenerational cooperation in the workplace, as it strengthens the personal satisfaction of all employees, motivates us and, finally, contributes to wider social and economic development. The key priority of my work is therefore creating a responsive labor market that considers the interests and benefits of all generations. We are all interconnected and interdependent. Coexistence and solidarity between the generations must become the noble principle that we consciously cultivate and promote in the workplace and in society at large. "
