The purpose of the project is to raise the level of safety and health at work in companies, with focus on employees over 45 years of age.


Project Naprej

Healthy and active in the future, comprehensive psychosocial support for companies for active aging of the workforce.

As part of the NAPREJ project, a Comprehensive Support to Companies Program for the Management and Prevention of Psychosocial Risk Factors will be developed. The Program will provide education, psychological counseling and information to employees in the field of mental health.
